But thats definitely the inart figure tho you can tell from the suspenders and thick pegs

I think that's a sloppy R, speculating that may be the infamous criminal Viper, I have my facial recognition running 24/7 but it's tough to get an ID with a partial.

To be safe InArt is burning the fingerprints and pores off their employees hands like the MiB, this way they don't have to worry about anyone forgetting to put on their gloves. Is this humane? Maybe not, but toys are more important.
