Man, those who ordered from toys wonderland about to get a bad taste of their practices.

id love to offer a gentle reminder to people if some people forgot about this when the figure was first put up for pre order when toys wonderland announced bonuses

ı preorder on toyswonderland? whats the problem for who preorder on tw?
nothing wrong with pre ordering through them, I hope you're able to receive your item on a timely manner. they just have an awful reputation and horrible customer service. all I hear is nothing but horror stories coming from them. ofc, they're legitimate in the sense that they're a shop and people have received items. some people placed orders on apparently in-stock items to only be met with constant excuses and delays on why they don't have it in stock and when the person asks for a refund, there's instances of them offering store credit instead

Fake tracking numbers for preorders that they don't even have in stock, general evasiveness from their customer support on when stock is expected, plus rumours that they're having issues even securing preorder stock in the first place but still allowing orders to be placed. Just all around dodgy, really.

This is mainly because they are just simply a drop shipping service (I don't know this as a fact, but it's a pretty safe assumption imo) with a fancy website and logo. I mean do you see the stuff they have on their website? There are things so rare I could barely find on taobao and other chinese markets but somehow TW always has them for a certain price, brand new no less.

But honestly buying from them is fine, as long as you're living near HK and not overseas, that's where the shipping prices + bad service really kicks in

Looks absolutely stunning.
From the videos and pics, it looks like everything it was promised to be.
If InArt do the Trinity, I'll be in real trouble.
Then they will do a trinity pack the size of manhattan

I’m truly shocked that the first in-hand images were taken with clarity, great lighting, great futzing, a variety of fun and scene-recreating poses; it’s just unheard of!

We shipped some Queen's Jurassic world blue&beta statue recently, losing almost $100 per sales

No more Queen's statues for me lol
This is why I’m not a fan of the ‘free’ shipping approach.
A few companies use standard box dimensions but the rest of the time you’re guessing and either under or overcharging.

Maybe for InArt or statues you should just invoice for shipping with the balance payment once you know box weight and dimensions.

“Due to unpredictable packaging dimensions, we will include the shipping costs with the final balance invoice. Similar items have cost between $XXX - $XXX to ship. Displeasure with the cost of shipping is not a sufficient reason to cancel an order and we will keep the non-refundable deposit if final payment is refused.”

What other options are there to order these figures?
There were plenty. Spec fiction if you were in the US, onesixthkit, kghobby, etc. toys wonderland isn’t the only china based seller that ships to us.

I’m not here to start a mob against TW. Their history speaks for itself, but I want to advise you that there are always options out there.
