The A-2 leather material looks pretty good to me.

I think a raiders jacket made out of this is perfect.....My opinion....Kato knows best though.

it will hv natural wrinkle exactly the same effect as 1:1 real leather jacket after wearing.

I posted my attempt on the other thread, but in case somebody misses it, here you go, I tweaked the guyliner as well. Wor Gar and Stgod are genius! I'm really interested in your opinion guys, since you inspired me.
I tried an old drybrush technique of mine to even it out more.

I think the heavier beard makes a world of difference, Guyver1! Looks much more like Ford In "Raiders". He really did have a pretty heavy 5 o'clock shadow going most of the movie, more than just stubble.

I think I'm bordering on obnoxious with how much I hound Josh about the sculpt, but I'm so damn anxious to finally have my Indy done

I've bugged Kato at least once a month for the past year (at least) about making a Raiders version. Even sent him pics of my 1:1 from every angle in different lighting. He really is adamant about finding the right material!

It has always been the illusive jacket. I suppose a Tony Nowak original Raiders is a good place to start although many were not happy with the 'exaggerated' texture replicated on that jacket even though it is actually on the jacket he copied.

I can't believe how well they did this figure, it just needed fine tuning
