BTW, if anyone's curious, I was in the process of modding my new Bespin Han and decided to throw on a fedora to see what it might look like. And I gotta say, I think it works pretty well.

Obviously you'd have to give him some hair and some ears, but there's definitely a lot of potential there...

Not a knock towards you at all brother, but I just don't see it. It's like ford has a distant cousin from the east or something.

Well yeah the eyes are a definite issue (which is why I'm modding the head in the first place). but once those are fixed and the hair and ears added, I think it could look pretty damn good.

Everything below the eyes is unmistakably Ford, after all.

I'm glad it's not just me, others get defensive when I mention that it looks off, with the usual "It's better in hand." defense.

These sculpts should be able to work on both characters since they should represent ford. But i guess that is not the case.

Also, to me it looks like han has eyeliner in stead of brows.

No offense, but that makes Hot Toys sculpt look good.

Lol, clearly there are NOT a lot of fans of the new Hoth Han in here.

Oh well, I admit the closeup pic was not too flattering, but I still think the head holds up well from a normal viewing distance on the Hoth figure itself.

Don't think I'll be using it for my Indy though; just thought I'd share what it might look like for those interested.

Sometimes you read comments in here and you're glad all people have to choose from is drooling Indy, guyliner Indy, chubby cheeks Indy, bobble-head Indy and amazing-custom-$culpt-turned-wipeout Indys.

Like the cast of "Seinfeld." No Indy for you!

Cast the head, paint it with the eyes slightly narrowed and added stubble and watch everyone squirm.

Remember, you TOTALLY nailed the Vader sculpt - better than HT or SSC or Kaiyodo - so your opinion in these matters is worth ten "other" opinions.

I'm totally with you on that. I'm tired of seeing people at two ends of the spectrum, some who aren't content with anything and some who clamour over ******** (like the new wave of putty SS is churning).

I really find it hard to have my opinion out in the open, with the constant bashing and self righteousness even hostility (for lack of a better word) displayed by some individuals.
