The hatless one is the 2nd version made by Jnix last year. That's my "Professor Jones" custom. You can also see the hatted version in the bottom left of the picture.

That's a beautiful Professor Jones! I love it!

Messing around with my TOD Indy (which had the DX05 Fedora on the right) and remembered I had the fedora that came with the Treasure Hunter which was a bit undersized for that sculpt. And since the TOD sculpt is a bit undersized I thought I'd check to see if it would fit/work with the TH fedora and I must say I'm liking the result!

I assembled that Dr. Jones about a year ago, which is when Jnix released those two sculpts. Since then, I've added a leather attache case. Customized suit by me.

Looks great! What stand is that?
Thanks! It's a customized DX12 base I did myself.

It's sweet! You did good!

I think either one of those hats look good, but they probably need to be pushed down another 1/4 inch or so. They look a little too high on his head.

Have to agree here. I know you probably don’t want to mess with the paint work — Rahmier’s work, right? Maybe you could dremel out one of the hats to see if it can go lower down?

I think you are right! [emoji817]
Any lower I'd need to Dremel. Not too worried about scuffing the paint on the hair. Never displaying him without the iconic hat anywho.

But here it is pushed down as far as I can make it without having to mod the hat.

I’m putting together my own Indiana Jones figure using loose parts from the DX05 that I bought on eBay. The only missing piece right now is the leather holster/belt rig which seems very hard to find. If anyone has a decent belt rig for sale, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi Rogerbee. Beautiful work there. I’ll definitely get one from you. I just want to ask. Was that satchel bag also made by you?

He didn't make either of them; they're from Stevostoys.

Bmarz is correct, Stevostoys makes the belt and holster. The satchel is from the DID John Coleman figure, I added the original SSC strap using custom rings made from fuse wire.

It's funny how people use indi instead of indy. That's just me though. Arnie definitely made an amazing statue he was refining the sculpt bit by bit.
