Thanks. Here is a shaky vid that shows more detail:

I went a little bit crazy. The question became making sure that they not only looked accurate, but another test was also, would they cast the same shadow, so you could recognize him from each film based upon the shadow alone.

The customs here are truly impressive. I tried something a little different with my Indy. After switching all of the Sideshow components to a Soldier Story body, I thought that maybe I could make another Indy with the leftovers and some Hasbro pieces. I cut off the top of the hatless Indy head and after a little trial and error was able to marry the loose hat to the newly chopped head. This Indy will be for "playtime" and I may even try to track down an old Johnny West horse for him.

Here's another shot. I wish SS had released Indy on a better body, but for an additional $14 I now have two figures instead of one.

Dino, Love Your collection!

Separately, I decided that I want an Indy where the hat is pulled down fairly low. So, Sean Ho and I are working on a full Adventure Gear Temple Indy (when he first goes to the Village, Spike Pit, etc) and the hat will be in that position. Here is the hat reshape in progress for the second custom head (just like last time, we are using the hatless head from the ROTLA Indy):

This will allow for my "Return to Village" TOD Indy to have another version while using the same body, jacket, etc:

Faststreets your figures look amazing.
I'm really looking forward to seeing the next project once it's complete.

I was just wondering, has anybody made a sleeping Indy with the hat pulled over the face?

No sleeping Indy. I think my painter Sean Ho is ready to kill me ...

Here is my Streets of Cairo Indy:

I should have some pics of the lower hat TOD Indy in progress up in a couple of hours (and maybe another shaky vid).

OK, here is a very shaky vid of the lower hat TOD Indy in progress, plus some pics:

Once he has Mike Fisher's TOD Gun Belt & Holster set, he will be finished!

faststreetsofhongkong all of your Indys look great :rock

I finally got around to painting paulcarson's Indy. This is now my final Raiders Indy - I'm happy with him and I'm not gonna change him anymore. He's on TTL T2.0 body and I think he looks great on it. The belt, holster and whip are from mfisher. Boots are from newline miniatures. Still waiting on SovereignStudio's jacket and shirt.

I was thinking of touching up my ROTLA indy. Some of the badass repaints have sold me. Was thinking of trying to get better eyebrows goin, better stubble, overall makin him look more like the indy on the sideshow box. No major overhauls, just a little more detail to make the kick ass sculpt pop. It should be noted that i've never repainted or touched up a figure before.

Recommendations on paints and methods, anyone?
