Getting the torso addition right is difficult, after many attempts I am fairly confident that it is 1 1/2 cm:

It isn't easy to do, but it is worth the end result:

The Raiders shirt buttons appear to be a dark tan/olive tone, at least that is how they look to me in the exterior daylight stills below, they are a darker tone than the shirt for sure:

This was always my impression as well, hence the darker buttons. They are a tad bit darker than I'd like, but I'm happy with them!

This is a 1/6 Soldier Story WWII German DAK Cyrenaica Nude Body

Which Soldier Story body is that? Looks good there.

Thanks fastreet ;), I think You've got to take the customization to admirable levels of perfectionism.

These are the three customs I have in progress. This is a comparative pic so this way you can see the height difference. The indy maproom is my old Indy custom with sideshow body and arnie kim headsculpt (I need to review the paintjob and weathered)

Here with the Ark of the covenant from Hasbro´s mail. He need a rope, a Ra medallion to complete and maybe a best turban cloth.

Restaurajones, your Map Room Indy is the best that I have ever seen!

Everything looks great!

Great the custom of the map room, I'm looking forward to seeing the other two finishes! ;)

Do not forget to make cuts behind the shirt! xD

love ur display Restaurajones! map room indy in particular looks impressive, cant wait to see the finished tod indy too

The first thing I have to make is the body and head. Then I will customize the outfit. Necesito que me llegue el cuerpo con los brazos de piel flexible. I'm going to model the articulated part between the upper torso and stomach. Then stick the new muscle arm (when it arrives) and finally the paintjob of the torso and arm.

Thanks guys. The maproom Indy needs to be weathered at the robe and I´m going to search a less rigid cloth for the part of the turban that hanging.

My Indy raiders is closer to being finished. I need a little lift crown of his hat and then I will do paint job and aged :)

i didnt think to take a full body one so will put some up soon.

What do you all think?

Need a little help. Does anyone know the best way to strip all the paint off a sculpt? I'd like to repaint one of my Indy heads from scratch rather than paint over the factory job.... HELP PLEASE!

As I posted previously, I took the extra parts (including the pro body) and combined them with some Hasbro KOTCS costume parts and made a second Indy that I've now put on a repainted Marx horse that was obtained from ebay. This one's just for "funtime," so I'm happy to have him around.

What kind of shirts are you using Gumpy? There's no vertical strip of fabric going down either side of the chest.

Both Indys are looking great, BTW!

they look good apart from the strips like you said, its one thing im going to add,

nice looking customs ! TOD Indy looks great !

Thanks Mike, as you can see i got the TOD set, just waiting on the whip,

your sets really do help these figures

I use cotton swabs dipped in acetone. The paint comes right off.
