Definitely appreciate the list. Mine is in transit from NYC going to New Jersey so it looks like I?ll be getting mine soon.
I had my V.2 sent to another county to be painted. Contacted the painter a few times and then he stopped communicating so I ended up writing that one off :(
With everything going on now, it will probably be awhile until I get this one painted.

That's awful Alan. Who was this painter? I would have hunted them down and ripped their coconuts off if they had done that to me. I just paint my own stuff. It saves a lot of hassle I can tell you!

It's really disappointing so many people still haven't got their new sculpts. I figured when I got mine a few weeks back that everyone else would be getting them too. I think the caster in the UK must be the one deciding the order to post them out.

In the uk myself and haven't had mine, so doesn't look like location had anything to do with it. And I ordered on day one. Just luck i think.

Thank you. This painter is in Korea. At least I only lost the price of the sculpt since he didn’t stay in contact long enough for me to pay him.

If you are located in the US I would try contacting onesixthvisage on Instagram for a paint job. He is located in the US and does decent stuff. I would not send anything out of country imo.

Hmmm... that's a great guess. I recognize the Lisbeth Salander that Ray Ferraro made and his paintwork was done by Josh.

EDIT: you are correct! I just looked up some old pictures I have and it is in fact Josh from small studios. Good call!

I finally got round to weathering my Iris jacket a little.

Got my V3 in the mail today! [emoji95][emoji95][emoji95]
While I think the likeness is a home run I feel it is a smidge larger than his last two Indys.

It's more scaled for a HT Han Body I think.

And I dont know if it's just my hat, but the brim sits a lot higher than the other two..not quite what the Master looked like

But it's on it's way to Nathan and he said he can try fixing it with some heat. But if that doesnt work I will just swap the Smiling sculpt and the V3 hats. The V3 sitting high like that works well for the Smiling sculpt I think.

Excited to see this one painted! 20200324_135520.jpg20200324_135635.jpg20200324_141400.jpgIMG_20200324_142130_850.jpgIMG_20200324_142130_901.jpgIMG_20200324_142130_908.jpg

@Rzeznikk

Thanks. What's Hemming tape? Is that just double sided tape?

The hat you got with that new sculpt is different from the ones I got with my sculpts. You should be able to fix it easy by heating it up. I heated up the hats on both my V3 heads and now it sits a lot lower on the heads.

Hemming tape is super sticky double side tape. It's a less permanent option if you dont want to glue it down with fabric glue.

And thanks, I figured as much, but at these prices this shouldnt be a thing.
Great comparisons, Rzeznikk. Hat does seem to be sitting a bit high, but sounds like you've got a plan.
Yeah, worse case scenario. Glad I have a different hat to use. Hope this isnt an issue with many.

Yeah I agree. Those heads were not cheap! I have a little double sided tape on the collar at the moment so I should probably use some more. Gluing it is not something I want to do with that jacket.

I am actually thinking of heating another one of the hats up to make the sides look less symmetrical. I think the hat looks better when it is beaten up and mishapen a bit as someone on here said earlier.
