The head is a recast Inigo V2 as far as I can tell. It looks to be made up of parts that you'd ultimately want to replace, which makes you wonder if what's left will be worth the asking price.

I don’t understand it either. Not one part of this figure seems to be worth keeping unfortunately. I can’t tell if it’s the V2 or V3 and the outfit seems to be a HT knock off. The shoes look exactly the same as well as the jacket. Yet, I’m still considering. Hahaha

Lol, it says it includes a notebook too for some reason. Did that come with the HT figure as well? I don't remember him ever using one in the movies.

Yes, the figure came with Abner's notebook.

Indy uses it very briefly in the Map Room scene.

It will most likely be my starting point for a ToD Indy. It is cheap enough to at least get something decent on display as I go in search of more accurate (and inevitably more expensive) upgrades...

I wouldn't be so sure. There seems to be no end to the bootleg Marvel figures.

Yeah I've been amazed how many bootlegs from major franchise movies have been released the last few years, although one thing you (sadly) never see are SW and Indy bootlegs, so I'm guessing Lucasfilm is much more protective than most.

Of course the fact the base uses an actual image of Ford from the movies probably isn't helping.

Which Marvel figures are we talking about? Are we talking about Venom and Spider-Man who were still under Sony? Or the Fox Xmen and Deadpool figures?

I dont think I have seen many (if any) bootleg Disney owned Marvel figures, but I could have missed something.

Perusing a few sites, I see an MJ and Ned, a Captain Marvel, a Tony Stark, a WW2 Bucky, Klaw, Scarlet Witch, a civilian Peter Parker, old man Steve Rogers, and I remember seeing a Mantis a while back.

Mafex in particular always seems to see a gimp version released shortly after the legit release. Black Panther comes to mind specifically under Marvel/Disney. But you do bring up the point that rights owned by different studios may or may not be as aggressive as the mouse would be. There's also the bootleg Mace Windo and a few SW figure sets (Heads, clothes, etc) that seemed to skirt by under the radar. Things could be different of course now a days.

Have these all been released? I mean I have seen a few Stark outfits and I've seen a few bootlegged Sculpts floating around, but I haven't seen a legit RDJ Iron Man thats been released as a whole figure. I know Disney has been pretty aggressive on this as of late.

Absolutely to the point where Sideshows own Let your Geek Sideshow are banning people that even mentions unlicensed products

Yeah they've been released. And there have been many full on Tony figures made, like the tactical outfit and 70s outfit from Endgame which were reviewed by Justin on his channel. One company even released a diecast Mark VI with lightup features. I think that one might have been eventually shut down by HT, but not before many went out to customers.

Have these all been released?

No, they're all on pre-order.

Released figures I can find, Fat Thor, knock-off Mech Test Tony, civilian Carol Danvers, SHIELD Tony Stark, Crossbones, Tracksuit Tony, IM2 Suit Tony, IW civilian Peter Parker, Ghost Red Skull ....

Yeah, there's been a lot.
