yeah.. do not.. as in do NOT try and order a sovereign piece directly from them... unless you just want to pi$$ away your money and not see anything for at least a year.... it is still really screwed up that he sells his jackets on ebay to new customers and there are members here that have already paid and have yet to get their pieces in... dirty dirty business practices... which is seriously a shame because his work is good...

1.5 years and still no Mola Ram.

But damn do I want one of those jackets, and a few of those awesome belts from whoever that dude is who makes them.........................(there's more)......................

My Indy was upgraded to a ttl 3.0 (thanks for the colour tip Mighty_Jabba!) and to me, it is better than putting it on a truetype.

This looks so much better than your first attempt at a repaint from way back in this thread. Looking good.:gun

The TTLs? That would be a good thing, no? I mean, as far as the way the jacket fits.

Not if it gives him T-rex syndrome. That's the main problem when Medicom tries to bring their figures up to true 1:6 scale. They toss extenders in the ankles, but the arms still look ridiculously short. :lol

you can gimmick around with the arms a bit though. Just apply a little force and remove the forearm piece. Then reattach it to a more desirable length. The inner joints are very much like the joints on TrueTypes and Pros...

As my customization of the 1/6th KOTCS Indy continues, I figured that the new photos belong in this thread. More photos to come after daylight hits:

FastStreets, what did you use to "extend/sculpt" the brim and crown of the fedora on your "old Indy"? Thanks man.

Okay, finally got some pics of my Indy on the ttl 3.0 and my Henry Jones Sr was also converted to a ttl 3.0.

Let the pictures do the talking!

And last but not least: the comparison pic!

I used Tamiya Epoxy Putty and SLOWLY added to the crown, then the brim, let it dry for 48 hours, then hand sanded it. Then I would revised with more putty, let dry again for 48 hours, and more hand sanding. I have lost my mind a long time ago, so, frankly, if you have the patience, no problem, go for it.

There are actually a few different style Steve Delk Indy hats in KOTCS, I went for the Area 51 opening style, but I think it still looks good with all of the adventure gear on as well:

It is flat, like two different color sticks of gum, then you "Tom Cruise" it, as they say here ("Green Light! Red Light!"), which simply means mix it together, but make sure that it is completely tan once finished mixing, no white streaks. This is the same putty that I used to re-sculpt the RAIDERS PF Indy's hat:
