Just in case anyone might be interested, here is the current progress of the hat redo, after raising the height of the crown and alter the basic shape, we came to realize that the brim is not wide enough, what you see here will be trimmed a bit. Sean Ho and I always use (and do our best to exactly match) production stills:

Think that it is going to take a couple of more days of sanding, altering and adding detail. Then the facial re-paint ... Hopefully by Friday I will have pics up of the finished product.

I think that the one thing all can agree on is Trevor's awesome Ford face sculpt.

This figure looked fine at SDCC, I don't think the hat needs a mod.

I have seen that some people have cancelled, that is their choice, but trust me, it is turning out to be a great figure. Here are some shots, the paint job is 80% done. I think it can be turned into a great KOTCS Indy:

the repaint looks GREAT faststreets! Nice one! I am getting 2 Indy's (one with the EX, one regular, and plan on making one a 'full-adventure' gear version, and the other just like yours. Sans jacket and gun-belt, Post warehouse chase, all banged up with the fridge.

Sideshow really needs to get the taller Pro Body out on the market already... these bobble head figures on a a short body just aren't working.

I hope after Duke is released they will only use the V1 for short stature figures.

Thanks. Here is the full adventure gear version (also in progress). I can only afford 1 KOTCS Indy at this time, so, I will just have the option of different clothing:

Agreed, they also have to start making these bodies available on their site for upgrades.

Although the pro body is making it look bad, I really am looking forward to receiving my exclusive. The custom work on this one alone clearly shows the potential of this figure. Thanks man.

faststreetsofhongkong. Your work on this is great. It just shows how Sideshow ruin very good sculps with their cheap paint aps.

I'm looking forward to getting mine now and eventually customising it.

Tell Sean that repaint is as close to perfection as I think anyone can come. I do think the hair could be a little more grey, but that's just from my perspective. Magnificent, nonetheless!

I did actually see that! I thought it was suspicious that he was selling it even though we haven't even gotten the X-day notice for the Ex. But since TonyCheung is in Hong Kong, they must have just gotten their shipments early, like they do all the time.

Yes but haven't you replaced every article of clothing, the body, the gear, resculpted the hat, and repainted the head? Alot of us don't have those abilities.

Exactly. All I see left is Trevor's portrait. If Sideshow was selling a $20 unpainted head, I'd pick it up no problem.
