Yeah I’m glad that I didn’t go for classic Leon. I get the appeal if you’re a fan but the remake look is just better. The original look is kinda cartoony looking for my taste.

I hopped on the waitlist for remake Claire. I feel like it’ll concert and likely isn’t truly sold out. I guess we’ll see.

I ended up buying Claire at Monkey Depot, I just cancelled my waitlist at Sideshow, hopefully that helps your odds.

Depends on the area, really. Not everywhere is locked down. I also think some of the restrictions have been eased due to the protests there.

I P/O'd from Toyswonderland - payment plan option was pretty good and I've read pretty decent things about experience with the site online. There's the risk that they may have produced less of Claire/Ada in respect of the characters having a smaller following than Leon so there's that.

Agree that TW is the worst.
I had pre-ordered non-Hot Toys items and ordered non-Hot Toys in-stock items. These items were released for a few weeks, even months (based on Ebay, Giantoy, OSK, KGH and other sources) and yet TW still had not send me the items. For the in-stock items, they even had the audacity to send me a fake shipping tracking number which is still showing "Preparing to send items" for 1 MONTH. They also refused to answer my emails.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them because after 1 month, you will not be able to get your money back other then doing a charge back or Paypal disputes

Thats exactly what happenned to me too with 3 POs! I got my money back from two of them but exchange rate screwed me and I dont really know if Ill get the third one from them. Never again!

Leon got a second release, that's how I got mine. But he's the most popular RE character, no guarantee that they'll do the same for Claire and Ada

They are a stand, for the backdrop. You slot the cardboard backdrop into those pieces, so the backdrop kinda curves ... I don't use it, it looks kinda goofy.
