Any time you put dark clothes on a TBL body you have to pre-wash the clothes in a bath of detergent, distilled white vinegar, and water (soak for 24 hours), rinse and soak in water for another 24 hours, lay the clothes out on a paper towel to dry; if any of the paper towel has color leaching, start over with the above.

Does this fade/degrade the color of the clothes?

No. It gets rid of the excess.

TBLeague Claire. The body comes from the TBL Mohegan Huntress figure, which was mentioned somewhere uses a S47B Suntan body.
Works surprisingly good with this figure. I didn't take photos, but the vest works well with it too.
Only thing to be careful of is the black undershirt. It stains like crazy.

I receive mine today classic ver. and the head and body didn´t match. then I checked with a pale tone and I was much better

Yeah I noticed that as well. A TBL S46B would've been a better choice, the S47B was the only spare one I had lying around at the moment.
Only thing I don't like about these two TBL bodies is how they made the butts stick out too far. I guess Claire's just been going extra hard at those squats.

For those that have a requested a new vest or jacket, has anyone gotten a replacement yet?
I recently contacted KGH about mine, and they said they would get back to me as soon as they hear from Dam.

Ended up canceling my order at monkeydepot. They even gave me store credit for the deposit I lost.

$300 just seems way too expensive for these types of issues for me.

I agree! I’ll wait and see what I get from SS. If it has any defects like this I’ll be returning mine as well..

I got mine a week ago,
and I like it except that the print on the back of the vest is wrong.

So I asked the distributor, and I got a reply from them, saying,
"We will receive the replacement as soon as the manufacturer is ready, and we will send you a new vest."


I hope they will send us a proper vest as soon.

At this rate I'm wondering how many of us actually got a good vest.
I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned the vest misprint or jacket flaking on the BBICN forum.

I hope that all these replacements and returns cause Dam to improve QC for Ada. Although, depending on how far she's into production, it might be too late.

Some whose already got the remake Claire should contact the company and say the jacket isn't correct. Maybe they'll make a new one that's tailored correctly and send replacements.

Nothing against the reimagined design but the OG classic is still better. Waiting on some extra accessories and the Dam shorts.

INSTANTLY elevates the figure more so.

What I don’t understand is why her classic outfit in the remake is missing the black undershirt. It’s such a weird omission…

If wanting to have her bare shoulders exposed, we got that with her default look right?
