Comparing this to the photos I have of Lim Toys' Ellie, you're going to want to wait for Lim instead.

The tailoring looks okay, as well as the paint applications. The eyebrows are kinda weird looking though, and that body is just plain terrible.
That neck looks like Abby disguising herself as Ellie.

Now that I'm looking at the pictures more closely, it appears to be reusing a lot of parts from the old Redman Toys Ellie, the converse, the hands, the rifle, pistol, the flashlight.

The Molotov cocktail is actually used directly from a VTS Toys figure based on The Division video game.

I'm pretty sure the brick is also being directly used from the CCToys Joel and Ellie figures too.

As I was posting the photos the proportions reminded me of the Redman with its short legs.

That tiny Redman is a horrible figure, even for a younger American Dreams Ellie, because the legs could never be lengthened enough due to the length of the jeans.

I think they were meant to be announced soon. Back in September the last pieces of the puzzle were coming together but Ellie's sculpt was deformed so had to be reworked, which gave rise for the opportunity to add a second head as well.

R_R_X confirmed again in the Nathan Drake thread that "...production can begin pretty much immediately after pre-orders open. The promotional pictures will also feature final production pieces of sculpts and accessories..."

LIM's new strategy going forward will be to essentially create final products, cast them, and then put them up for pre-order, that's what has happened with the The Last of Us figures.

Either its a shady company using redman toys figure for their promotional images or its redman toys themselves under a different name releasing a 2.0.

The clothes look beyond cheap so not even worth a bodyswap. Maybe I’ll get it for the headsculpt as theres no good ellie headsculpt out there. Cctoys’s looks nothing like her imo.

LIM's versions will be released much earlier than that because they're not being done like previous figures, everything is already cast and ready to be mass produced, these last two years were spent on correcting, improving and essentially casting final products, when they are announced everything you'll see will be what you'll get.

What the hell is "1/6 Miles"?

I believe some of the people working on this were likely part of Redman Toys, Young Rich Toys, OB Custom Toys and Patriot Studio. They used to put the name of a character in their promotional pictures with "Masterpiece" in front of it, like this.

When they attempted to make 1/12 Miles Morales figures from the Spider-Verse movies, they wrote "Miles Morales Real Masterpiece" on promotional pictures.

Those 1/12 figures were cancelled and the people behind it separated and rebranded other different names. One of those brands was Patriot Studio and for some reason, when they began announcing products, they took the "Miles Morales Real Masterpiece" text, removed "Morales" and kept using it in promotional images.

It seems like OB Custom Toys is doing the same, which is truly odd considering their previous "Magical Girl" figure didn't say it on it's promotional pictures. By the way I'm pretty sure they are using the same body from this on Ellie. I think what's happening is whoever is doing the photoshop for these pictures doesn't even know what "Miles Real Masterpiece" means and is just using it because other promotional pictures they worked on also had it.
