1/6 Premier Toys - The Marauder (Mad Max 2 Wez)

Well to be truthful my initial thought was; "Aaahh, to be old and delusional."

My main concern on this guy isn't the pleather….as I have never had any issues with the pleather on any of my collection….

Its gonna be the pain apps…..specifically the bald shadow and his eyes….they need to be very good to nail his likeness.

Yeah... but hey, this is the one-and-only 1/6th Wez we're ever gonna get, so if I have to "enhance" him a bit like I did for Immortan Joe, I got no problem with that.

I just hope he's not a ridiculous disaster -- like their Max was.

I had body swap and repaint on Furiosa, but aside from getting a new head, my Joe was perfect?

Had to futz the hair, build a scarf, change the badges around, tried to beef up his belly (which didn't really add too much), repaint the mask a bit, and a handful of minor things I don't even remember now.

Actually, now that you mention it, I dod most of those things also…..I guess compared to changing out Furiosa and that repaint it seemed like nothing…

Gyro Captain and Humungus!!!

The Humungus would be an easy release for Premier Toys, as he has a minimalist costume and no headsculpt as such. Source a suitable body from Phicen, make a few accessories and the job's done.

Humongous is clearly the fave for next up - but no love for Warrior Woman or Feral Kid? Would like both of those before Gyro Captain (even though I love him).

What did people do to switch Furiosa bods? Just getting the arm off seems like a lot of work, but her short stature is pissing me off more and more each day, so I just might try. Would love to see results pics (preferably with other Max releases for scale)

You should check out the Furiosa thread for the recommended upgrades. When I picked up my Furiosa figure, I followed the recommendations to a "T". I picked up the recommended body and parts to enhance the body plus how best to do the arm surgery on the replacement Phicen body. I just haven't done the upgrade yet but when she reaches the top of the queue, I'm ready... (I hope...)...

For me Nux.

He has the most character development, and seems like an easy one.
