Finally got him in hand, after 22 days in transit (sucks to live in South America).
Headsculpt
Good likeness to Ed Norton, sculpt is a modified recast from Sensational Matt, painting is good but of course could be better, it's perfectly fine for the price point. Since my lighting setup always place the eyes in the shadows, it hides the inaccuracies.
There's this issue with the body that makes the head sculpt sit way lower than it should be, almost giving him a turtle look. I placed cotton inside the neck connector that lets the head sit higher. The issue is that it makes the head tilt forward, takes away the neck articulation and it becomes loose. My HS already fell 3 times while accommodating the figure, lucky for me, it's still perfect. About the head tilting forward, got no issue with it since Edward used to do that quite a lot, specially on the first fight scene when he's questioning Tyler about his request to hit him.
Suit Tailoring
Suit looks perfect in my opinion, completely satisfied with how it looks. Belt looks cheap, made out of pleather, shoes are made out of plastic all painted in one color. The tie is the worst part of the set, as it feels extremely thin and the tail keeps showing out even after hiding it. I had to cut a small piece of tape to stick it to the front of the tie, which did the trick.
Hands
Six hands, they look well painted. It matches the quality of Blitzway's Tyler's hands. Haven't tried them all yet, but I like that you're able to slightly move the fingers so they can get a grip of the accessories. Used the one that I guess it's meant for holding the Deagle to hold the soap and it looks great. Sadly there's a mismatch between body and hands texture but usually no one would notice this.
Body
Good articulation, the figure can stay on its feet by its own. But still, I'll stick to the stand just in case.
Accessories
Many of the accessories that come with this release are a copy of Blitzway's Tyler but in a lower quality. I don't really bother about them being like that since I already got them. Soap is my favorite one, as it's the one I really wanted to have but was an exclusive for the Fur coat version of Tyler. Beer bottle is actually a wine bottle but repurposed with a cheap sticker and Budweiser branding; Cigarette pack has a Lego piece sticking out of the top; Bat is unnecessarily Diecast and inaccurate to the one that shows in the movie; Watch is fine but I didn't bother putting it on as it should remain hidden under the suit; Happy to have the cigarette as I lost all the ones that come with Tyler; Deagle looks ok, the paint it's too shiny for my taste.
My biggest disappointment with this release are the glasses, which are just a metal piece folded. The shape and size are not even accurate and it lacks the front end silver pieces. It's funny that Fishbone toys got theirs almost right, even when their products are borderline scams.
Final Thoughts
Nice figure worth it's value for $170, great as a companion piece for Blitzway's Tyler. It has some major flaws like the neck height issue, but you can get around them with some patience. I'm not sure if I'd have grabbed this figure by its own if I didn't have Tyler already. Crossing fingers that Blitzway does a reissue with some better paint work and maybe an extra headsculpt. I have to say, everything from that release still holds up til this day (except the glasses which are so damn fragile, already broke mine in 3 different spots, will try to fix this weekend).
