Looks like it'll be fine to me. If you check the film, Fox actually has a larger noggin compared to his little body anyways...and with all the layers of clothes and that 'life preserver'...I think we'll be fine.

I think a lot of the perceived head size in real life and in the sculpt is due to the poofy hair-do. If you look at the actual facial features the Marty head is smaller. For example, look at the distance between chin and nose:

I know you always have your eye out for bobble head and giraffe neck syndrome, but I don't think the fully clothed figure will suffer from either of these. I'm betting the proportions will be dead on

You should have seen the un-cropped picture. My hand was in some serious contortions to keep the head from flying off while trying to take the picture.

Yeah, that looks like a great option. Not perfect, but unless custom made or a specific Marty preserver gets made, no one should be expecting perfect screen accuracy.

Those jeans look pretty nice, for a random casual outfit. What size TT would that body be comparable to?

TBH no idea . It does not come with a body, it's only the outfit. Just saying.

If that were the only tricky part of making a custom Marty, I would definitely pick one up for a 2nd McFly figure. Hell, I might pick it up anyway. As blasphemous as it might sound to some, I might use the rest of Rainman's outfit with this "life preserver" for my custom

Where will I be able to purchase this set? I wasn't able to get in on the Rainman clothing set alone.....so this will definitely work as I already ordered the Marty head.
