Luke is my priority (second only to Bossk). I'd love to complete the cantina band, but not for $300.

Rebo band is not even a question (Walrus Man either). One band may be enough, but I love the instruments for the other four bith. The catch is buying the same figure five times.

Walrus man was one of my favorites growing up, not that he did much in the movie, but in my imagination he was Fett's partner and just as much a badass. :lol
I wonder how many other peoples favorites are determined by in large in that manner. :dunno

I think that was the case for many of the characters for me. I grew up along with Star Wars, so I had the Kenner Figures back when I was 6, 7, 8 years old (and beyond). I would get, say, a Cantina alien from my parents and be all "Whoa, who is this guy? The card says his name is "Turkeybuzzardface", but I don't remember him from the movie? (This was back before VHS or even Beta, so it wasn't like you could go rewatch "Star Wars" to see your action figure on screen for .75 seconds) I think he looks pretty cool though, so my story for him is this..." Ah, fun days, when your imagination could fill in all the gaps - blue Snaggletooth and gonk droid could be a couple of kick-a$$ spies who posed as used water vaporator salesmen by day, assassins for the Empire by night! :)

:exactly: :1-1:
Sounds like you have the same background for your characters as I did... imagination.

Yeah, that's the long and short of it. Personally, I'll be happy if I ever get a decent giftcard ($50+) from Sideshow and pick-up Figrin. Like you, I love the instuments (especially the Tech M'or set) but then when I compare spending $160.00 on those vs say $210.00 (from my LCS) on the HT DX10 Terminator it kinda puts things in perspective, value for money wise. That said, if I can get a good deal on Figrin or the M'or set, I'll bite. Otherwise they are beyond easy to cut in this pricey hobby.

No way! Keep D'an. There's no reason not to have just one. I love the way he looks with Greedo and Hammerhead... and one day Walruss Man. :clap

How you toy with me. :ohbfrank:

I'll probably get the rest if I can galactiboy them. I don't want just one, but there is too much else to deal with in the forseeable future.

Site says 1st Quarter 13...so I guess that could mean any thing from January through March...

Delayed until February now.

Yep I wish they would just charge me for a later then expected schedule by a month or 2 then when they move the payment up I will be all excited. Or I should just pay in full and ignore the release until I forget about the figure and they charge me LOL.

I was really hoping for this as my Xmas present, love the SSC Aliens. Not collecting all the Bounty Hunters but Bossk is awesome and the Ex head sculpt is a nice extra.

Hopefully it ships mid January.

YAY...way too much coming down the pipe still in January...and delays are good things...
