That sucks, Fiend, sorry to hear that. :( Honestly though, I didn't notice the different robe either!

Man Fiend what a crappy story that is. :( I get that kind of crap often but on the buyer end and mostly on eBay explicitly saying I dot ship international and international buyers winning and *****ing about he high shipping costs to ship to their middle of nowhere country with tracking because without tracking eBay considers ME the theif. And then They try and tell me items are broken or not present but refuse to send me photograph proof. Because if its broken i can then file a claim to usps but witjout proof i have no idea if hey are trying to rip me off. Must have happend like 4 times to me. Why are some people such douches?

Anyway all that being said I don't actually dislike how your robe looks at all in fact I think your hood sort of looks better. If anything you can fray up the edges also. I think you have an ep2 Ben robe.

Sorry to hear about your luck... I had a similar thing happen awhile ago, fortunately it was sorted out.

I agree with Raymond Ferraro, I like the Ep2 hood better. The sleeves won't be hard to fix. Rip out the hem/stitches and let the edges fray.

Due to the fact that I am trusted Sideshow employee with decades of meritorious service, today I was gifted with my 1:6 scale Old Ben Kenobi figure, just a little bit early. Yes, Santa Clause, there is a Virginia.

-AH!

I contemplated reading this whole thread, until I got to the first sentence of the first post.

How does one have decades of meritorious service at a company that isn't decades old?

Some very nice repaints in here, though...

I do but like I said, he may not be mentally stable. :lol I don't want to ruin my feedback because he wants to be vindictive. I dunno.....
Hmmm, that is a bit of a fix and I wouldn't want to deal with some ranting lunatic, but I imagine any negative feedback he leaves on the board can be reversed by an admin and then everyone would know to steer clear of this guy. Personally, I'd out his *** and let the chips fall where they may! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww! *flips table*

If You bought it on Ebay, you're safe from retaliation.... sellers are forbidden to give bad feedback to their customers. My wife an I sell regularly on ebay and have had customers screw us over quite a few times, and we've never been allowed to leave them bad feedback.

Really? I thought it was a both way feedback....the seller can even comment on your feedback right?

Not at all.... we've had everything from non payment to downright insulting and threatening behaviour when we didn't post an Item 10 seconds after the auction was finished (It went two days later), We had our feedback trashed, and Ebay said we could comment on the feedback, but only as a footnote on a positive mark - Ebay treats the buyer as king who can do no wrong and sellers as scum.

the only upshot is if you have a legitimate greivance, as the above poster Does have, Ebay will back you to the hilt.

(Edit Just seen that it was on here.... I agree with the others.... Name the Dude, don't let anyone else get shafted.)

Painted by SilentSurfer. Thanks again Nathan!

What an improvement over the stock paint! :clap The whole figure looks awesome with that repaint and the proper futzing it has received. Congrats, Hector!

Now that I have seen how good this figure can look like I'm gonna hunt it down and have the headsculpt re-painted just like yours. Was that the only modification that was done to the figure, btw?

I believe Marf also put him on a tT and Kevin whatever fatsuit.

Mine is painted by small. This head needs to be repainted, small and Nathan have done the best jobs I've seen, simply astounding.
