1/6 Sideshow Snowtrooper 2012

The day after an awesome snowfall we have a nice, clear sunny morning. Reminds me a bit of Hoth...

I couldnt waste the oppurtunity to take a few shots.....

So much win!!!!

Got mine yesterday, but I didn't get to spend much time taking pictures.

I love this figure! The first thing I did was completely disrobe him and adjust all soft/hard parts so that they fit properly.

The backpack tends to come loose way too easily, however.

And, yes, the hands are enormous. So much so that he can BARELY hold his blaster.

The size/shape of the dome is totally fine, and looks very proportionate to the figure.

This is only my second SideShow figure, and although there are two or three little things that irk me about him, overall I am very satisfied!

Gotta say, Chakaman and rubio's posts have pretty much made me accept I'll be picking-up a couple of these figures sooner or later. Hopefully it sticks around for a bit. After buying Iron Monger and Tamashii 3PO, I just don't feel like spending anything more on this hobby for a couple of months.

Thanks guys! I appreciate it! I had only planned on getting one of these guys myself. In hand though, they are just too nice to have just one. Now I have third trooper I am currently working on. I think the snow will be gone though before I can get any pics of him with the others. Ow well.

I hadnt planned on getting the E-web, but after having these guys in hand I will pick it up when I can.

Its just a fantastic figure.

Yes, there are minor differences in the face plate between a screen shot and how Sideshow chose to render it, but it doesn't take away from how well done this figure is...looks really good...

(oh, and that's a cool shot King!)

Considering that big gun now....this figure is just fantastic!

Man, I cant stop. I just got my third one finished up today. I think Im done now, but you never know.

With my (weathered) lunchbox that I used in 1st grade. I always loved this picture, spent hours and hours looking at it...
