Awesome work Mark!
Here's my Cyborg; still unfinished and still not put together but at least 95% done. Just need a belt and skirt plus some more weathering. Can't have enough weathering!!

Christ Wanderer , that's the absolute bollocks ! ( Shows us Northerners know a thing about Death-Dealing, Genetically Engineered Super-Soldier, Orc-Slaughtering, Cyborg Bad-Ass Butt-Kickers ! ) :clap

Wow, this one looks like One-man-army! Really he looks like killing machine! Nice job!

Cheers elar. Yeah I'm sure he could handle himself in a Marine smack down!

Haha Cheers Thundergod. Too kind mate :) One slight downside with my marine...he can't stand up!!!! :slap :lol

Holy crap man he's awesome :clap

As for standing up they look like the old thigh armour, the new ones are much bigger so you can shift em up. Get some new larger ones off dorgs.

Both the Marines I've built had the same problem ! Get yourself a base of some sort and drill a hole , simply add a rod and find a place on the back-pack or figure itself where the rod can support him . I recently switched out my Blood Angel to a stiffer body and he stands and poses a lot better , but I still feel better with the added security of a "stand" .
Another option which I considered was a standard or banner . Disguise the rod as one of the above and fix it into the base and then have the figure hold on to it for the support . No matter how stiff the legs are , the back-pack is bound to upset the figures centre of gravity .:wink1:

Great advice mate :hi5: The body itself is surprisingly tight, like you say it the back pack etc that weighs the figure making him top heavy. I also packed the lower half with wires between his crotch and upper legs to disguise the under body suit and to give that roboty look. Sadly it was at the expense of decent possibility :(
I've got a standard hot toys display stand holding him up for now but Im guessing he'll run into problems as time goes by....
This has got shelf diver written all over it! :monkey2

OOOOOOOWWWWW NURSE!!! Nash..... thank me lady is oe top notch big arsed bad arsed pimped to the max marine.... I love it... the head looks stuning ..... i would love to see more pics of close ups... love the decals on the pads and shins. The massive gun also looks brillant...

Love to see some shots of the backpack. They are always so chuffin heavy but I know cast them a lot thinner therefore lighter. I can send you some new thighs if you want Nash... I think you deseve em after all the eot yo ut in to your marine.. also I can cut them up the back and warm them up and widen them so you can get all your wires in. That will mean he will be shorter and more compact.... That will keep him in scale wth your Chaplain :)..... Failing that Nash... strip him down to his basics and stick him in the post and I will sort him mate....

Cant wait to see some more pics Nash... :)

Ahh thanks Mark! I'll defo get some close up shots of the head, legs and backpack hopefully very soon :)
Yeah the old thigh armour is problematic and not helped by the wires I fed in between the legs but I'm stuck with them now as theres quite a lot of detail I've added which I'd struggle to replicate! :(
As for scale purposes with the Chaplain, I think the height difference could actually work in terms of how different they look and what they're built for! :D

One question though, I'm struggling with coming up with a belt for him. Obviously having pouches makes no sense as he doesn't have the required digits to feasibly use them! But I want something big and blocky with loads of do dads, wires and buttons. Basically I want to balance out the figure as its quite skinny in the middle so a big a55 belt will work a treat...any ideas?! Cheers mate :wink1:
