I dunno. It's two months out still and 95% of this figure is just reuse.

It could be. I just don't think so because these have to start getting ready to be on the way. If its inclusive no point making it a Con Ex.

I'm with Josh on this, the figure is likely made and is en route to Sideshow, if not already there. You've got to have these in hand before the show and there is no point in risking missing that window. I'd wager most SDCC Exclusives from all companies are either in production or already produced. SDCC is less than 60 days out now. No way could they not be done yet and still make it to the show with time to spare. Sideshow knows the number they made, but why they aren't saying is odd.

I have been informed by Sideshow that if an item sits around long enough...you can call and sometimes get permission to get extras even if you have already gotten the limit on your account.

Edit - I almost got an extra exclusive Flint that way. But I already had an extra.

I don't think that saying "raising the limit" is as accurate as saying...tolerating giving permission to clear out some that are starting to gather cobwebs".


But I am certainly hopeful for that like a few others of you all.

easy pass for me....i feel like i have this figure with owning the red ninja.

i understand that exclusives are most often a variation of existing figures. knowing this i would have prefered a scareface, fire fly variant or battle damaged viper.

Scarface would've been nice but not sure how many would've bit given he's a straight-up officer with two lines carved in his head. I'm guessing if they do an "accurate" Firefly, he'll be a standard release. No way a BD Viper would've been ready for SDCC.

I'm not quite ready to dive into the variants of named characters, so a variant of an army builder works for me. I wonder if a variant of the Viper is not far off, but probably after the original is in hands. As cheap as I am, there are sure ways for SSC to milk money out of me. Variants and extra heads for army builders get me buying multiples.

I'm on the fence with this one. IMHO he just feels like a variant of the Red Ninja, so it's hard for me to justify paying the $129.99 plus shipping (the prices are climbing on the Joes).
