Dont know why some people keep posting negative stuff over and over, cancel it and move on .....their FB page seems to be infected with trolls.

These commenter should move on the other pastures Unless they are a paid shill from a competitive company or just a bored troll my guess is they won?t .

Looks good to me , glad to see they are not putting up with crap from their sources on that gun grip. Anyone who does not understand a third party manufacturer will have delays, sometime extended ones, does not understand this hobby....

Keep it up Supermad, like what I see and glad your keep QC up!

:exactly:

I loved the movie and really like this figure. I would rather have them delay it than to release a subpar figure.

I think the long looking arms is due to the angle of the pic and position of the body. It appears to be bowing forward a bit.

I see that the stupid excuses for delaying this release still continue.
If I was in charge for releasing this figure I should be fired many months/years now.
I guess some people can wait indefinately and can "forgive" whatever pitty excuses for delay thrown to them.
It's what I call "justifying myself for preordering/buying said figure".
We go back and forth, from personal problems, to qc issues, from hs repaints to blaster wrong pattern, just a mess really.
If this figure really comes out, I really hope it's a good one, if not many (including me) will be pissed off
for trusting them and not buying the blackbox figure.
Especially when supremad publicly trashtalked about the blackbox figure...

I'm actually glad they found a problem that meant it was delayed another 2-3 weeks. The longer the better at the moment with the postal situation.

My viewpoint is they shouldn't have had the issue in the first place. Shows project management and supplier management is poor.

Everyone buys the "Quality control" argument, however that is for longer term production. Not first parts.

No supplier decides to make the checkered pattern 5x as big "just because". They obviously didn't know how it should be made/delivered. This is then squarely on Supermad in my opinion.

This is not hate, just coming from my 20 year program management background. Supermad are just not managing the projects well enough.

In addition it's also not the first issue they've had. So where there's smoke there's fire......

In any case we are where we are......waiting for the next delay.

I've always had the impression, from their Harley Quinn days, that Supermad is a one-man or one-woman band. Somebody with a passion for the subject matter in hand, but not great at managing the projects. They're probably taking on too many things at once, rather than finishing what they've already begun.

I paid in full for 'K' 1st February 2018, and it has dragged on. The time length is now into the realms of one of those expensive custom projects (that sometimes end up nowhere with the loss of all deposits paid after the person holding the money disappears). Apart from the Covid 19 delay when they couldn't get access to their premises, the delays have been due to them being unhappy with the various stages. I applaud their commitment to the subject, but I'd also have liked to have had 'K' at least a year ago.

As it stands the world is in a mess, and obviously the postal system too. Delays in the production of figures I've pre-ordered have been welcome, as I'd rather have as few parcels as possible on the move until things are running closer to normal, and the parcel mountains go down.

Yeah you're probably right with it being a one man show. Anyway live and learn.....for me at least.

There might actually be two of them now, unless they're using the royal "we" (!), as I've just realised they've been replying to comments on Facebook:

Supermadtoys Thankyou for your support!
Due to the lock up, we cannot visit the factory and examine the product in person , which made us very hard to monitor the production and quality control.

EDIT:

Supermad edited the text of their message, inserting 'Covid 19' in place of their original phrase. I've edited this post to reflect it.
