very cool....how does it fit on the head? Is it hard to get on and off?

It's the same size as the bbi helmets. I honestly have not tried, using it in hand only at the moment. I think it would fit iminime sculpt though.

just got this from BBTS....very, very good figure....the jacket is great....I might get that Maverick helmet as it looks great.

Finished putting on the jacket decals....a few of them were a tad bit too large for 1/6 scale but they are 100% movie accurate....the HS is too old for an 86 Top Gun Maverick but it's fine for now. I need to find some better Aviator as the ones that come with the figure are not movie accurate. Overall very satisfied with this figure and would only need the flight jumpsuit and the pilot helmet to complete the entire Top Gun Maverick.

If you wanted to change the body to a Hot Toys one what would you go for slim body or regular?

Go the slim. I actually put mine onto a Bruce lee, which looks great, but needed the neck chopped.

the body it comes with isn't bad at all....really doesn't need a body swap....imo
