I would have really liked to keep the staff, trust me, but I had to save a few bucks. I went back and forth for about a week on it.

Ultimately I decided that I'd like to try and get the nook or a chair and table for him.

I wouldn't feel too bad about it. He didn't have it in the film so you don't need it.

Would have been better if the exclusive was the blue Kenner robe.

I wish I could have kept the staff too. Maybe I'll luck out and there'll be one in stock when I'm ready to buy it. I like the display options it offers.

Much cooler than a blue women's bathing suit.

The latest Hamerhead pics are full of promise on the quality of this 12-inch, but my favorite theme is the palace of Jabba. Like Greedo I'm going to ignore the theme of the cantina and more so that the bounty hunters will be announced soon.

If the final figure is anything like what we've seen -we're in for a winner. Can't WAIT to see how it turned out.

Please leave the internet...

Here are a few in-hand shots. I like this figure. The paint apps on my copy are excellent. I really like the rusty look of the Stormtrooper blaster. I was hoping for a slight modification to it to set it apart more, but the coloring is fine for that.

I am not sure why the eyes look uneven in this shot. I assure everyone that in-hand...they are perfectly equal. I'll get another shot up to show that better.

Awesome! The weathering on the blaster looks great.

He looks kind of greenish in the photos, is that the lighting or is he greenish in hand?

The head is very squishy/rubbery (edit-and is hollow). I get that was necessary to keep the head from being too front heavy for the neck joint. But I have a (very minor) concern about rot a la Hot Toys' Alien figures.

This figure is absolutely a homerun for Sideshow.

Hell, the worst thing I can find to complain about with the figure is that they turned his head to the side in the box so they could use a smaller box for him.

Oh, one other thing...

I HATE molded pouches! (even though the look great)

WOW! Looks great -- very nice shot, Darth!

I'm very happy to see the gun dusty and weathered like that -- had no idea they were even contemplating weathering the gun -- but it makes the fact that I gave up the staff easier to swallow now.

That weathered gun does look pretty sweet. Would like to see even more weathering done to guns in GI Joe and SW now. Hammerhead looks awesome as well.
