Mrhatz has really kindly sold me an Old Ben! so chuffed. So it has made me get back on to the landspeeder as when Ben gets here all the way from the USA I really want to do a proper photoshoot.

So there is not much to do on the speeder. The steering wheel was proving a problem as I could not find a steering wheel. So I had to make one from scratch. Only thing is that I realized the on in the film is more like a plane steering wheel! Pants! ow well the whole thing is not screen accurate but I am not too fussed about it, I think it still looks ok.

For what its worth I would plunk down cash for that stuff if I didn't have to fund the delivery man, but those guys get enough of my money as it is.

LOL I now what you mean. My collection is tiny compared to some of you guys. I really just want to make as much stuff for the few figures I have. I just can not really afford more dollies!!!!!

I'm at that point too. While I don't have the skills or the know-how that you do, I sit awake thinking of scenes and dioramas I want for my figures.

What I kept doing is buying more and more figures from too many different scenes so I was getting overwhelmed with the # of scenes I wanted to do and so I never started anything!

So I have cut back on figures and am trying to work on scenes. If I finish a scene then maybe I deserve to buy a new figure.

That is so cool, the floor look brilliant too. i think I could happily give up work for a year and just make diorama's. There are so many scenes I want to make and thats just from ANH. Imagine if we all got together and built an massive diorama.......

Now that would be totally cool.

Wow, you sure do move fast with your customs! Great work indeed! You really get the coloring detail accurate, which is hard to do when mixing paints. BTW, I don't know what you look like, but your avatar causes me to imagine you as Ethan Hawke!

Well thanks to a fellow Freak, Mrhatz I now have an Old Ben.....It arrived this morning and I had to start up a quick Diorama to put the speeder and co in.

Not much to see at the mo but its a start as always!

Can't wait for the mrs to come home, shes gonna love it!

Maybe I will surprise her!
