Right..... we have a problem!! goody I like problems.
The base of the Falcon sticks out proud of the poutside edge. As you can see in the photo. This will mean I can not get the skin of the falcon to sit right... SO... what do I do.... router? saw?...... CHAINSAW!!!

Dremel it down SLOWLY, I think anything else would be dangerous might knock something loose.

Ow that did the job! But nearly took me leg off.

LOL Dremel it Lopie!! Nah I am a BUTCHER I took a very big saw to it!!

Well. reached a bit of a stand still now, until I can get some maawhosive sheets of plasticard for the outside.

I have started to put together the paper skin templates so as soon as I can get the plasticard we are in business.... So looking forward to the outside to.

There is still loads to do, lots of fine finishing inside, painting, and all four chairs. But I think I will treat them as separate projects.
