We know it's not a Medicom body, or it would look more like this:

It's a terrific sculpt and can be tweaked to look closer to 1/6, but the Medi is underscale - doesn't bother some people though.

Let's be honest. The Slim truetype has been replacing the standard body on a LOT of sideshow Fett's as well. A mute point. I will admit the chest pieces looking slightly smallish, but the Medi helmet is not small looking at all IMO. The Sideshow is closer to being too big.

I swapped the body and modded the chest. Love him to bits.

Great pic, great pose.:clap

Body aside, a lot (though not all) of the pieces themselves are undersized for 1/6 - look at the boots for example in the pic. It's unfortunate because the Medi helmet is the best shape-wise (Marmit isn't bad with widening but its too short.) The Medi can be "stretched" and fudged scale wise a bit to be posed with SSC 1/6 figs however. Doesn't look perfect, but pretty close. Some call Medi 1/7 scale, so it's close.

Have to disagree. Marmit is better than the Medi.

Well... your Fett is still the best I've seen (though eczamurai's is pretty damn close,) so I'll go with your view.:lol

I've just been looking at my Marmit Fett helmet and it just doesn't look "tall" enough - i.e. the vertical black line doesn't extend down enough. It displays okay with the helmet tilted up to hide it, but it's more noticeable head-on.

I'm looking to convert my Marmit Fett into a ROTJ version, so the helmet flare doesn't need to be done. Covering myself with two custom Bobas (the ESB one is Hasbro/SSC/Medi hyrid with mostly scratch-built armor and helmet parts) just in case the HT Boba Fett lands in the $275-300 range.

If SSC hadn't gone Kermit green, messed up the chest armor and used a not-great body, that would have been the best $175 you could spend.:gah:

I'm really happy with Sideshow's Snowtrooper and the Bike/Biker Scout looks as good to me as anything HT could do. Do agree about Boba Fett, though. That's probably my most hated SSC figure, ever. :lol
Really? I didn't think you swung that far with the SSC ****oo Fett.. yet you like their Vayda.

Interesting.. :lol

WTF is that on the left? The scale is the least of its problems. :lol
Was the helmet supposed to be modeled after the Hasbro real voice Boba Fett Halloween costume? And did they seriously weather that helmet with whiteout? :slap

At least mine gets mentioned.. FU McHaley! :lol

Anyone have an idea how likely Boba's waitlist will be converted? Been on there for about 2 weeks now...
