This was the first post on the last page for me, and I thought you were referring to doing this on one of your heads.

Needless to say, I was VERY shocked and confused.

but how would I be able to punch hair through such hard plastic?

Lforigno did a great job adding real hair to the DX head - I had him do it for mine, looked MILES better than the factory hair.

Also CREG Customs does it very very well too.

It's a great option for those not willing / able to shell out on Bobby's or Adam's work

I'd say that once you have sanded the head, take a mold of the "bald" head and then cast it in a silicone. Sure you'd need to paint the whole thing, but if you've got the skills to punch the hair convincinly, you're probably able to paint too!

casting it would be the only big problem actually.. PS bobby how did you make holes for the eyes?
