Yes, they are 25 $ each. The 1/3 is 45 $ though.

I dont want to speak for Bobby but trust me if he would do these guys on demand I would buy a 1/3 + an interrogation 1/6 such as Neo's in a heart beat.
Unfortunatly from what I know, he doesnt so I will wait until one of the 1/3 guys decides for whatever reason to part with it.

I would be surprised as well if Bobby was taking on demand orders for these. If you don't count the proto and the surpise addition of Christopher Nolan's that should leave you close to the original run size right?

Quick idea:

I somewhere in the DC section mentioned that my movie accurate Joker socks cloth finally arrived. Protos will be done and shown (I wanted to finish the socks yesterday but time is short) by the end of the week. Pattern is always the same but different sizes, I will show the socks to decide which pattern is the best to use for the final versions.
Whoever got a Bobby C Joker head will get 1 pair for free as soon as I receive my final cloth (which will be in 2-4 weeks). These guys only have to cover the postage costs.
This way we find out how many are around and I will finally get the address of Chris Nolan.
