Highlander 2: The Quickening
Batman & Robin
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
Ghostbusters (2016)
Battlefield Earth
Nothing But Trouble
Face Off
Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Speed 2: Cruise Control
Beverly Hills Ninja
Except for First Blood, this is actually a very informative list about cinema. I'd put JAWS instead of that Rambo movie.
And I'd put STAR WARS instead of Toy Story... but Toy Story was a first, innovative and started something new as well.

You forgot 'Cool World'.
Dont forget the most important one for that list
And Monkeybone
First Blood was the first great action film post 70's action style films with a character that wasn't your typical macho hero.
I like your decades list... but still not sold on First Blood, especially for the 80's.
You clearly have an affinity for the character because heroes don't get much more macho than Rambo. He's an anti-hero for sure in that first movie, but then so is Mad Max in Road Warrior which predates First Blood. There were a lot of anti-heroes in that time (70's into early 80's), and Rambo in his first outing came from a long line of anti-heroes. First Blood did not influence cinema of the time as much as you suppose.
If you want influential, you should have selected something like Die Hard which had a direct and immediate impact.
I’m no longer confused at how you can love Suicide Squad now. It all makes sense
I don't consider John Rambo a macho character in the first film. He's the complete opposite of a tough guy. He's nothing like Mad Max or Dirty Harry. He doesn't even kill anyone.
Part II change that and it had a huge influence in the action genre and pop culture unlike the first film to the point they even talk about him in Die Hard, but the character was no longer the same, he was a caricature and all people remember now is him shirtless and screaming thanks to those sequels
I knew you would bring up DH
I wouldn't say the impact of Die Hard on other action films was immediate. It was seen later in the 90's decade, specifically the early and mid 90's. It's a good action film, but a bit overrated, imo. It had a decent villain, but the main character is still a shirtless one man army... with a sense of humor, which wasn't really that original to begin with. The action was well shot and edited though.

You make good points. You may have convinced me. I just don't like Rambo very much.
But Die Hard overrated? Nah.
Let them go, let em' make their lists. I'm personally making a drinking game out of it for every time someone lists "The Godfather", "The Dark Knight" and "in no order".
