Re: I Like Cheese

I was afraid this would end up as a cheese snob thread. Glad to see that the main stream cheeses are represented well.

And although it is not my favorite, I find absolutely nothing to hate about American cheese.

I love cheese. And it would be hard for me to outright pick a favorite. But I suppose that if I had to chose a single cheese that I would have after the end of the world...it would be a sharp cheddar.

Re: I Like Cheese

 So are you attempting to justify still suckling your mother's teets? I'm confused by this post. :dunno

:lol:lol

not really the healthier alternative would be flavored soy cheese and tofu pups

So you still do it part time?

Anyway this thread is stupid. Now i feel like throwing a block of cheese at Quiggle.

Re: I Like Cheese

Anyone who likes Mozzarella should try Burrata.

Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese, subtly creamy and luscious. It’s actually a ball of mozzarella filled with cream and pieces of mozzarella—when you cut into it, the cream oozes out.

It's so good sliced on tomatoes with basil and some olive oil and balsamic vinegar reduction. :drool

Re: I Like Cheese

Oooooh Jen, I want that!

I eat more Gorgonzola/Bleu with feta being a very close second. But, me too, I love all types of cheese whether it's from cow, goat, sheep or buffalo...

Re: I Like Cheese

OMG I love cheese. I would eat cheese every single day if I could. It's just so delicious. Cold cheese, hot cheese, sliced, brick, shredded, Colby, Cheddar, Mozzarella, I don't care. YUMMMM!

But I do not like Blue.
