Sorry Lord Azrael.....I will refrain from complaining about shipping costs.

Did you get a real number for shipping, or was that it!? I think my invoice said $7.50.

Still a big fat nothing for me as far as shipping notices... and my account still shows "order placed". This waiting game is not fun!

Yeah, I got it today, $10.64. A little more than $3.00 more than the norm. I almost always pay between $7.50 & $8.00.

Don't worry king - I just wanted an excuse to use the new Kurgan emoticon :)

I missed out on Aragorn :(, but damn he is looking awesome!!!

Anyone know if any online stores got Aragorn in stock for retail price yet?

Finally got my shipping notice tonight. Let's see when they decide to deliver it.

Mine will be here on Tuesday! Nice to finally know... can't wait to see him in person!

Mine will be here Tuesday as well. I CAN'T FREAKIN' WAIT!!! AAAGHHH!!! Sorry. Got a little excited there.

He arrived!!! And I know my opinion doesn't matter much (being such a noob and all) but this figure is really quite good looking!!! None of the pictures posted have done it justice...so I can't even bring myself to post a picture of mine lest it look just as bad. The leather coat could do with some weathering but isn't as shiny and 'new' looking as many of the pictures here have shown. The hair in front of his face is easily fixed. The accessories are top notch. Getting the exclusive cloack and pipe were worth it (IMO)!

I'm very happy with this figure and am looking foward to the future ones!

I am glad you like him!

I am wondering about the exclusive though, the cloak is pretty much useless because you can't have the quiver or bedroll with it on, and the pipe is decent enough. The hood on the cloak is massive too, you really have to work with this one. I am not sure it was worth the extra $$$, but I guess it is better to have options. :monkey1

All true but I decided that if I pose him with the cloak then he'll have to sit in a chair (hmmm that will be a fun search) and I can hang the bed roll and arrow/quiver/bow off the back of the chair.

Got my Aragorn today. Overall, he looks great, but I do have some issues with him. The stubble on his face is too thick and looks more like a full grown beard (but it's good news for Boromir); his jacket looks too new, the mud at the bottom looks good but at the top it looks off-the-rack; and the shoes look too much like plastic. I love the way the right hand is molded to hold the pipe; I didn't even know he came with Arwen's necklace, so that was a great surprise; all the accessories are great also (though the top string came off my bow the first time I bent it back).

I'm not as thrilled as I hoped I would be, but I will not be getting out of this line anytime soon. It's still a great figure, and I can't wait for Legolas! :legolas

Can't you put the quiver & bedroll over the cloak ?

I think you can, but the straps of the bedroll/quiver will hold the cloak down against his coat. I believe in the film they had cuts in the back to allow the straps through -- like on Legolas' cloak.

I suppose if you want you can cut small slits in the cloak to allow the straps through, or a single large slit to pull the quiver and bedroll through.

Great!!! Mine is delayed for now. Some train had mechanical problems in TX, so it says exception..delayed. Arg!!! He was suppose to come today.
