Well I got mine yesterday - the weathering on the coat is not too bad (the top part looks too new but a bit of crunching will probably fix that, and its covered by the exclusive cloak anyway) and the beard isn't as bad as it looks in the photo's either - but I'll probably try to lighten that with a bit of dry brushing. Overall all its a lot better than I thought it would be from the pics.
