I just read that. Good for him! He didn't need to do that, but he did.

That would make sense if gun owners were blaming non-gun owners for the people in the theatre just sitting there waiting to be shot. That's the opposite of the anti-gun argument.

Not really. Calling for stricter gun laws is essentially blaming thousands of innocent people (maybe even millions) for one man's horrific actions. The absurdity in that is no different than blaming anti-gun activists and those calling for more gun control, for the victims choosing to purchase tickets to that theatre and attending that show. It's all in the absurdity and equally ridiculous.

He's a well spoken, intelligent man with a level head, and an unselfish perspective on things. He truly is amazing. Why? Not many people can be unselfish and thoughtful as this guy has been, not even a week after his sister's death. That's a strong individual right there!
