Not sure about Michael Biehn being considered for THE TERMINATOR but for sure Lance Henrickson was. Michael Biehn read for REESE and then left and got the call that they didn't like his southern accent. He was still in character from an earlier audition that day. He eventually reread and got the part of REESE.
