Well seeing as you got a second shipment, youse must be confident enough to sell at least 200. Well done, but why do they have to sell fast? Enterbay at least disclose their edition size in advance. Who knows how many Hot Toys might make of any particular item. It makes me tend to think they run the edition size depending on the pre-orders that are made. No wonder they sell out fast.

No no, you got me wrong, shops here do not need to order at least 100 units from EB cause none of them here are exclusive dealers. They can order as many as they want. The only drawback is they wouldn't be getting the lowest wholesale price and highest priority in stock allocation compared with exclusive dealer.

With previous BL figures, don't even bother asking EB for a second shipment. With BL FOF, EB are going around asking shops if they want more stock. Just saying that HT are definitely selling much better EB and HT got noting to be afraid. Surely EB is a competition but hardly a threat yet. A bigger threat is actually Medicom which still has a very strong following in Asia.

You are right about HT making their run based on dealer orders. It's an open secret in my part of the world. That's the whole point of pre-ordering. In fact it makes perfect business sense to know how many you should make in advance rather than making as much as possible and then having a line failed and getting stuck with them in their warehouses.

Thanks for bothering to explain noisetrigger. I see where you're coming from now. I agree, Hot Toys way of doing business cuts down on excess production, warehouse room and acquires funds prior to production. It's quite clever.

I think HT probably will,but can you really get it more perfect than it is allready,its damn good,BUT like ive said before...Enterbays figures looks more realistic and human-like while Hot Toys look more Toyish.As of now i still think Enterbay`s look better overall,BUT the likeness isnt there,HT have the upper hand right now on the likeness.
Looking forward to Enterbay`s upgraded sculpt!

HT's is probably as good as it get's. I hope it survives the production process though.

I'm just the opposite as you on the realism part though, Rock. I think the overall look of HT's is more realistic and for me that's due in part to the clothes. I think the outfit is several steps above EB's right now.

if EB's jack bauer is anything to go by, I think EB has the upper hand on HS and paint at this stage. For the Don EB just need to boost the rest of the figure, body, outfit, etc. Cant wait for the up coming battle, its like takara, medicom, HT BB batman fight with way better products. Though I think getting either HT or EB is a win for us collectors.
