Shame the refs didn't count the 2-2 though. No matter what happens now, if Germany wins, England is going to say it was undeserved because of that goal, and if England wins they'll say even despite not counting that one.
Overall, I still think Germany is playing slightly better, the defense is about equal of both teams, but the german offense is a bit better.

What a first half for the neutrals! I'm looking forward the second half and am hoping it is more open. One thing I've noticed though, England are too narrow. You've got Gerrard on the left who likes to cut inside, but Ashley Cole needs to be making more runs from the back. Credit to the Germans, they've been great (besides some sloppy defending from the poms).

Germany are playing better and could have had a few more but that said they didn't take their chances and we have been robbed of a goal. Just hope we really go for it now none of this well we got robbed, it's happened now get out there and try everything you can to win this.

It's a god damned joke that FIFA allows refs to have ultimate power over the games and continue to make horrendous calls, without one ounce of accountability. It makes it almost impossible to take the game seriously.

I think the decision should be put behind them as 45 minutes is more than enough time to score 2 goals.

It'll inevitably be the excuse if they don't make it though, either that or the usual crap like the grass was too long or the ball wasn't round enough
