Well, with the U.S. out, with Italy out, and with Ireland being robbed of a spot in the competition, and Hungary just sucking...I really don't know who to root for since I'm out of my ethnicities/heritage : P

So, I will root for the home country of my favorite character in Streeet Fighter.

First goal should never have been allowed, but Argentina are showing England how it's done.
All the players are working together like pieces of a well made clock, and have showed great discipline to their Manager.
England played like individuals who can do it for club, but not country.
We had Lampard, Rooney, Terry, Gerrard all of who would be first choice in any top team in the world, but they clearly did not like being told what to do by the manager (Gerrard the Exception) and underperformed for their country.

Maradonna has been awesome to watch off the pitch as much as Messi has been on. I am looking forward to seeing them beat the Germans.

I know the fake diving and bad calls occasionally are annoying and ruin the game, but to say that soccer is not considered a real sport is just laughable.

IMO, it's a real sport, but it won't be taken seriously in this country until more high schools start playing it. It's all football in this part of the US.
