After all these matches on tv, I am itching quite a bit to kick a ball.

I was never the skillful kind, more like the hard running type. I am happy being at right back. Clearing the ball, pumping it up field. I can do a respectable cross.

I might just gather my mates for a game after the WC.

Yeah I used to play quite a bit, and still play a little, but not in a team anymore.

I always played/play right midfield. I'm quite quick so I just pelted back and forth up the wing.

I also play a bit of 5-a-side, which is cool as well.

When I played for my club at junior level, I usually played up front on the left wing, and sometimes at left full-back. There weren't many left footed players in our team, so I would usually fill in the gaps if no one else could. I stopped playing for my team only a couple of years ago, but I still play with friends from time to time.

Netherlands vs Brazil. I want the Dutch to win, as they've always been my second team in every tournament, but Brazil are definitely favourites in this one. The Dutch have been doing just enough to win in each of their matches, but I don't think it will be enough, today.
