I dont get it
I hope Germany wins and gets their revenge for Euro 08 final.
Yeah, but the actual stoppage time added is still fairly arbitrary and they almost never blow the whistle at an exact time. Not sure what you're talking about. Extra time is given when regular playing time is lost due to injuries or fouls. The Dutch player was down for a good 1.5 min during extra time so the ref did the right thing and extended the extra time from 3 min to 4-5 min.:

I think the referees have too much power personally. That might be the wrong way of putting it, but I think more officials should be utilised (as well as technology). I don't mind the game stop-starting a little more, by cutting away to get a second/third opinion, as long as they get the big, game changing decisions right.
The way FIFA has set up the system, the on field referees have ALL of the power. They can make blatantly wrong decisions (as we've seen often in this World Cup), they'll never be overturned, and they don't even have to explain themselves afterward. As one sports writer put it... "It's as if the sport is run by characters right out of KAFKA."
Come on Spain, you can do it.
Make sure Germany does not score first
