Thats actually incorrect because if its unintentional it doesn't matter in the slightest that it stopped a goal as it would not be considered hand ball or therefore a foul.
Most definitely accidental so comes down to the refs understanding of the law. Have seen them go either way before but we are yet to get a decision go for us so far. In the german game a much more obvious handball by them was waved play on. Also our best player was red carded last match for a tackle that was not even close to one of the Ghana's tackles so this tournament has been pretty much a nightmare for us so far.

Now we just need a minor miracle and have Germany thump Ghana like they did us and for us to get past the so far impressive Serbs by a couple......sounds easy or what.

Wow! What a game we are having here between Cameroon and Denmark. The last 15mins of the first half, going from end to end. Anyone could have scored.

No doubt, it was a great game. Cameroon had lots of chances to win, but unfortunately Cameroon will be the first to be eliminated from the Cup...

Don't care what people say or think, but we played great. The only reason we lost: the referee. I could go on for hours as to why he was shocking, but I'll only go over two incident: the penalty, and the red card that Ghana should have gotten. The "handball" wasn't a penalty. Say whatever the ____ you want, but it wasn't a penalty. I don't think Kewell even knew where the ball was going, since his eyes were closed and his arms were close to his sides. Then there was the tackle from behind on Bresciano, which was a CLEAR red card. Studs up, from behind, there you go, but no, this ref thinks otherwise. But, the ref was Italian, so not much surprise that everything went against us.
If we had 11 men, we would have won the game by 3 or 4 goals. It's as simple as that. The only way that Ghana would have gotten a result was by getting a penalty, just like they did against the Serbs. They can't score in front of goal, so it seems that penalties are the only way for them to do so.
With that said, we're not out of it yet. We need to beat the Serbs and after this performance, I know we can, and then we need a huge favor from Ghana by winning. 1-0 will be enough, and knowing them, they'll probably get a penalty and win the game. That or we need Germany to win by 3 or 4 goals.

Yeah the Italians screwed us in the last WC and have done it once again. According to the letter of the law it was ball meeting hand therefore unintentional and not a foul let alone a red card.
Unfortunately the officials are determining too many results and hopefully that gets fixed before the big games or they'll be hell to pay.
Will be tough to beat the Serbs and we need a mighty effort from either Germany or Ghana but while we're still breathing there's a chance.

and if you want to see real football come down to OZ and catch a league game most definitely the toughest football on the planet......and yes i'm a NFL fan.True though the theatrics is definitely one of the negatives not so much after scoring more the i've just been shot by a sniper when barely touched.
Stiil the beautiful game is the best just ask the Rest of the World.
