2011 Hot Toys Marvel Predictions

X2 - Nightcrawler would me ideal figure and a Spidey 2 Doc Ock. Daredevil would be nice.

I just hope Red Skull will accompany Cap. America when HT release them. I also want HT to get the license of the upcoming The Wolverine by Aronofsky for me to have a Wolverine figure in my Marvel Collection. I didn't want the old Wolverine from XMO:W cause they didn't give justice to any characters there esp. Deadpool IMHO.

For some reason I think if we get anybody from the past films it'll just be Wolvie in uniform and Storm.

From upcoming films, I hope we get:
Destroyer
Red Skull
Magneto

In 2009, the Blade, Spidey and X-Men trilogies were advertised as part of the Marvel licence. We've seen figures from the first two, and with a new X-Men film out in June, this year would be a good time to make a good X2 Cyke and Wolvie.

My new most wanted though is Michael Fassbender's Magneto.

Even though we haven't seen very much of this, what little was shown in the trailer was awesome! I'd definitely be interested in this!!

The figure did turn out great, but the movie was such a unredeemable steaming pile of rancid dog turd that I'm ruined on Fox's version of the character. Jackman's just too tall to play the character anyway...

I expect the X-Men First Class will be another fox-tastic flop, at least from a creative aspect.

Still hoping the rumor about a Mark 2 autopsy suit is true . . .

Well, I do remember reading an interview with the director where he was comparing First class to Twilight.... He said there were going to be alot of similarities in how the characters were presented.

That's not what he said at all.

It has a lot of angst… the Twilight girls will like it.

That's it. It was blown way out of proportion.

I remember rumors of a Jessica Alba Invisible Woman, but that would be really odd to see now that the FF franchise is in reboot mode. I guess the costume would be easy for them to do.
I'm thinking the rest of 2011, we have probably seen most of it. It sounds like Odin is happening. And Captain America is a sure bet and the Iron Monger will probably be at the very end of the year maybe the beginning of next year. Other than that there may be only one or two other Marvel figures this year, but I could be totally wrong.

Not really a prediction, but I just watched Elektra again, and I wouldn't mind seeing a figure of her.

Sure the film isn't the best, but it's really enjoyable, plus they are making Ghost Rider, right...

Anyway, I think it would be a great look in the final battle outfit, plus she could have some cool weapons!

With Entity talking about Elektra I'd love a figure of her & also a Dare Devil would be pretty cool & I actually quite liked that film. I hope HT do make Iron Monger & that proto wasn't just from a scrapped project like I've heard some have guessed in other threads ( that would just be evil of HT )

I liked Daredevil too. It wasn't a bad film IMO. Just fun.

Not sure if I'd want a Daredevil fig, but Bullseye looked pretty cool in the film

I think they'll probably wait on releasing Elektra and Daredevil for when FOX reboots it.

A sort of mech test version (lots of innerframe and wiring) meets the original Mark II with a Rhodey face sculpt.
