Or timing of the investigation. If Scam had not been on the way to NC game Auburn would have been hit hard but NCAA didnt want to screw up the NC game they wanted.Essentially every reasonably successful team, and many that aren't would fall into that category

No one will ever get the SMU treatment every again it has way to many repercussions. Also SMU looked at the NCAA and said we don't care we have be caught and we will just keep doing it. They can't just run in and arrest everyone unless they want to lose the case. How many have started to lower up which will slow investigations. How many victims are willing to come out and say who did what, who said what ect.. This isn't a simple case by any means but I can see in no certain way that they will be doing something unless like other college city police departments.

Saban is so disingenuous. As if he wouldn't kill his own mother to get the best possible recruits. But then, the NCAA in general is disingenuous as ****. They couldn't care less about the well-being of student athletes or the integrity of institutions of higher learning.
