Man!!! That's nice!! I was planning on pre order it from Animarket at only $315 BUT plus shipping, so the total was $432 by EMS.. The same as bambaland BUT without the blaster..

So I think I just place the pre order directly through bambaland and get the exclusive.

Yeah.. Pretty much the same price as the regular buying it from Animarket. The free shipping is not really free shipping. It cost around $100 usd. Because I think the retail price without shipping is around $315-330. But bambaland includes the shipping..

Damn, really? See this is why I don't get why not to go with the manufacturer for this stuff. In the end up pay more if you go with a payment plan, and you get less. Yeah you have to pay "up front", but you can just as easily set aside money before the preorder as long as you have any self discipline on managing money.

We've known about Optimus since at least November 2014. Thats 8 months to gather up $430. If someone can't do that then they really shouldn't be eyeing this thing. Sure, there has also been Megatron and Bumblebee, but I don't think I've seen anyone complaining that those two have interfered with this. Especially since Megatron went up in late January and there hasn't been anything since. Who knows when Starscream will go up.

Regardless, I still think they need a payment plan, but in all honesty I don't think anyone can actually believe it'll happen unless people flat out stop buying these products all together. On a personal note, the design of the gun is so boring and generic that I could go without it and not mind too much. Same with those stupid brass knuckles. But I guess that's the source materials fault and getting into all the issues with those movies is something completely different.

I definitely agree, but even then it could be better. This is all opinionated but to me, whenever Bayformers have detachable weapons its a huge turn off. Fist cannons and forearm swords are perfect to me, whereas DOTMs handheld stuff than can be thrown aside was a big step down.

With gun arms and wrist cannons, I've always wondered where the amunition comes from. Even with Optimus, he seems to generate his gun out of nowhere. In AOE he drops it while being chased by Lockdown....then has it back again in another scene.

Sadly the same thing happen with pretty much every figure/statue company around the world. Except for SSC that is based on US. All the import fees + profit rises the prices always.

At some point you just have to drop it and be a judge on the designs with nothing else. I don't hate the movies, but they're definitely not good. Doesnt mean I won't watch them to see giant Robots fighting, or even just standing around.
