I still think there is too much weathering on this guy, compared to how they appear in the movie.

Agreed. Troopers stationed in Coruscant certainly do not see as much combat action as these deployed in other worlds. So their weathering is kind of overdone here. No major issue though and they still do look cool.

In the movie there is one 41st trooper spotted running along side the 212th troopers on Utapau, guess this is him.

Going from the SDCC pics it doesn't appear to have either. Odd since the Phase I does.
