the assembled, painted and finished kit provided by the incomparable beto matali - i love it - seeing it finished in front of me is surreal as i've always loved that meltdown title sequence thanks beto

decided to add a simple hexagonal concrete floor base for this one

anyways, i'm selling one of the two kits (incl. base) i finished - PM me for details

WORLD WAR ZOMBIE BASE full repaint
sculpt: BROTHER PRODUCTION

still gotta tone down the shine on the two skulls in the rear and a little bit of this and that

the sculpt has longish parasites all over it - not sure if they're from the movie - i don't remember them, but they were too prominent to hide.

i decided to add a cloth accent element and watch for variety. the base felt very neutral afa color pallete goes, so i added an element that would contrast nicely with gerry lane's blue shirt. i guess caution is also a metaphor for a zombie attack so that helped me decide on the piece to add - that and the design of the piece wouldn't hinder the the intestines bursting out the side also decided to alter eye position of zombie so it appears he's looking at gerry lane's foot.



a top down view to get a better idea of the layout - gerry lane will stand with the front zombie head between his feet
