What body are you using for indy david?

i'm using the hot toys DX05 figure, though i'm customizing, modding and/or weathering every part of it. i'm also procuring a holster, belt and whip clasp from mfisher since the hot toys parts are basically garbage and dry rotted before i even had a chance to mess with them.

thanks much my man i watch a movie with my parents every wednesday. we watched 'ed wood' this past week and, while there, i was able to give him a sneak peak. he was really, really happy with it

fantastic! i went off a tip to use mishear, but whatever gets the job done is A-OK in my book. yeah, there's not much excuse for the crapola HT shipped with this piece.

wow thanks inigou i LOVE your sculpts. you have such a clean and realistic style. i can't imagine a better Indy sculpt than yours thank you so much for providing it to the community you've made a TON of people super happy and that is just wonderful

MGS Snake

i was tasked with repainting the body to match the head. i just applied a lot of stipple to it so as to not disrupt the joints or cause any sort of paint peel. i also repainted the head slightly and further detailed the bloody eye sculpt provided to me. as well i added some bandages and weathered everything up to harmonize the figure.

this was more so a job of harmonizing what i was given versus creating a scratch repaint, though it did take more work than i thought it would. i'll try to post some more photos this evening
