In regards to in-scale buttons, Dragon (or DiD) offered a few shirts with nice small-scale buttons. How many do you need? I may have a few extras.

almost finished with it - the head is painted. i just need to finish the rest, but i'm pretty close.

haha - thanks ted i'm just waiting on a holster, belt and whip clasp form mfisher and he'll be good to go i need to switch out the buttons on his shirt and might lighten up his messenger bag strap a bit too
