This thread has been going less than 4hrs and in that time at least one person has sent 4pm's so if the OP hasn't got back to you yet it's likely bacause he is being swamped by pm's with all that he is selling.
May I suggest a little patience gents, the OP is hardly selling these pieces because he wants to.

I messaged you immediately after you made your listing, you told me I was first in line and that a lot of people were PM’g you about them, that I was lucky. You gave me your paypal address and I sent you payment. Then you refund my payment and send a message with the refund saying, “They were sold. First come, first serve. Sorry.” I thought I was first?? What’s going on? Now you won’t respond to my email or PMs. That’s pretty bogus man. Sellers remorse or did someone offer you more money?
I know that under the circumstances, it may be harsh.. But it’s about the principal here. At least have the decency to tell me the truth or any communication would have been nice.

I'm guessing the guy got flustered in the email swarm, and then maybe, he doesn't circle the forum 24/7 like a hillbilly on Black Friday. Give the dude some time, and what's the point in trying to embarrass him, which is the only point in your public rant.

Please, give the OP some time to reply. If you do not receive a reply and the item is marked SOLD then I would assume that it was sold to another member and you may not get a reply.
Negotiations are made all the time but the ultimate selling decision is for the seller to make as he has the right to sell to whomever he/she wants.
So if you did not get what you wanted, rather than make a lot of drama out of it, just move along.
Give the guy some time to sort through all the pm's it sounds like he has received in a short amount of time and he may still reply yet.
I always say that communication is the key to any successful transaction and had this thread not been brand new I would say the same but it has only just been started and some are already complaining, get a grip people.
Lets not forget why he is selling, so I highly doubt his priorities will include spending every last minute online.

The guy got a ton going on right now and you are getting crazy about something you didn't even lose money on. Maybe he was swarmed with messages and lost track of who he said could have them or not. The prices were very low and I am sure he had tons of messages about it. You didn't get it, he refunded you...don't see what the huge issue is with that. All I know is, if I found out my wife had cancer and I was trying to sell stuff on here at very good prices to help pay for things she needed. I am certain I may forget a thing or two I did, unintentionally.

Hope everything turns out Ok. My mother in law just beat breast cancer...my wife beat a cancerous melanoma 2 years ago...it can be done.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but the point is I was told they were mine since I was first, to pay, paid and then I get a message saying sorry you're S*** Outta Luck. That's not cool, I'm sure you might have had your reasons, but like Shelly said COMMUNICATION is key.
I am so sorry to hear that. My friend Dawn was diagnosed to years ago and primariy because she stayed busy and positive she is as healthy as a horse today. Please love your wife and help her stay focused and motivated to get better.
I do have to admit he made the mistake of throwing out his paypal address to everyone that PM'd him it seams. If somebody is first and says they are ready to pay, you give it to them, not everyone that pms, especially after you 'claimed' it. I have to admit that is bad form.
I have pm'd the OP to clarify the situation.
I have looked back on this user and in the almost 3 years he has been here, this is his first Sales thread so he may not know the 'ettiquette' we have here (if thats the way to describe it
). He may have made a mistake with the messages, he may not. I will know more when he replies.I may not get an instant response which is obviously what you are looking for but that's not always feasable for people who have lives outside the forum, namely everyone.
I will pm you as/when I hear anything.
